M/V James G. Hines

In March 2013 the 6,000 horsepower M/V James G. Hines was purchased. The boat was originally built for Hines Inc. in 1974 by Jeffboat and was the flagship of Hines, Inc. The M/V James G. Hines is undergoing a total refurbishment at Gulf Island Fabricators in Houma, Louisiana and will be placed back into operation the second quarter of 2015. James G. Hines is the late grandfather of Hunter Marine’s business development manager, Kent Furlong.
